The Development Process
- Pre-design meeting or meetings with client to ascertain general requirements
- Develop initial conceptual drawings/sketches and present to client including preliminary costing
- Refine design with client and team to develop more refi ned cost estimates
- Contact relevant Co. Council and arrange pre-planning meeting with client in attendance
- Carry out any necessary recommended alterations to design based on
Co. Council advice and guidance and agree fi nal design with client - Apply for planning
- Carry out in-depth value engineering and prepare tender documents for the various sub-contractors (after 8 weeks)
- Nominate sub-contractors. Basis of selection criteria will include cost, financial viability, track record and client approval.

- Project management based on site
- Sign off and approval of stage payments
- Site Safety
- Regular client briefing
- Final snagging and completion
- On-going facility maintenance package as required.
